Gold Medal Dinner
Join Executive Chef Joshua Dyer and The Wilde on 27 team for a remarkable evening alongside visiting Chef Rahil Rathod, Executive Chef, The Westin Edmonton. Chef Rahil is a former Team Captain of Canada’s National Culinary Team and on March 21st at 6 PM, he will showcase his Gold Medal Dinner as part of YYC Food & Drink Experience.
Born in Gujarat, India, Rahil’s passion for cooking led him to work in top hotels across India, Dubai, and Canada, refining his craft in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens. His journey has taken him from Ritz-Carlton Toronto to leading fine dining establishments in New Brunswick, Edmonton, and Vancouver.
With over 50 medals to his name, Rahil has represented Canada and the UAE on the global stage, winning “Best Veal Dish” at the 2018 Global Chef Challenge and leading Canada to gold at the 2024 Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart.
Now, he’s bringing his award-winning menu to The Wilde on 27 for one night only.
