The Quartet Table is a one-night collaboration dinner celebrating Canada’s terroir through four distinct chef backgrounds. From our eight-course menu, each course reflects a personal signature shaped by the kitchens that formed us built around the best of our land and waters: coast, prairie, forest, and field.

Featuring Chef Jason Bangerter (Langdon Hall), Chef Josh Dyer (CRAFT & Central Restaurants), Chef Rupert Garcia (Alvin’s Jazz Club), and Chef Leroy Borrega (The Wilde on 27).
